Agreement with Walter of Guiseley whereby the prior and canons grant him Brakanhyrst in Cumquenecath for life in exchange for Heyening which he previously accepted from them for life For one pound of cumin a year he or any subtenant of his tenement of Garthys may have an enclosure there which he must fence securely and common pasture beyond the Knorren After Walter's death the land and pasture will revert to the priory and the enclosure must be removed Walter promises to raise no claim regarding existing assarts hedge-dykes or the mill pond in Cumquenecath 1250 (Agreement, ) Givers: Walter Guisley, Agnes, Walter's wife Receivers: Lanercost Priory
