Patronus, rector of Skelton and official of Carlisle, following the dispute before subdelegates of papal judges delegate, remitted to diocesan authority, over the tithes of Fulwode [in Askerton] between Ralph de Tilliol, rector of Kirkcambeck, and the prior and convent of Lanercost, records their amicable agreement that tithes from the newly-won lands of Lanerekaythin should remain to Cambeck for one skep of flour, and, with a jury, divides the tithes of Fulwode in half (line stated), with the mill remaining to Cambeck.
