Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Westm[] anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Johannis sexto a die sancti Michaelis in unam mensem coram Stephano de Segrave Radulfo Hareng Thoma de Heyden[] Justic[] et aliis fidelibus domini regis tunc ibi presentibus inter Alanum Basset petentem per Robertum filium Mathei positum loco ipsius Alani ad lucrandum vel perdendum et abbatissam de Godestowe tenentem per Absolonem de Stantone positum loco ipsius abbatisse ad lucrandum vel perdendum de una acra prati et dimidia cum pertinentiis in Wicumbe unde placitum fuit inter eos in prefata curia scilicet quod predictus Alanus recognovit predictam acram prati et dimidiam cum pertinentiis esse jus ecclesie sancti Johannis bapthiste de Godestowe et monialium ibidem deo servientium et illam remisit et quietam clamavit de se et heredibus suis ipsi abbatisse et successoribus suis et ecclesie sancti Johannis bapthiste de Godestowe in perpetuum Et pro hac recognitione remissione et fine et concordia predicta abbatissa de Godestowe et moniales ibidem deo servientes receperunt predictum Alanum et heredes suos in singulis orationibus et beneficiis que de cetero fient in ecclesia sua de Godestowe
