Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Westm[] in crastino animarum anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Johannis octavo coram Martino de Pateshill[] Radulfo Harang[] Thoma de Haiden[] Roberto de Lexinton[] Gaufrido le Sauvage justic[] et aliis domini regis fidelibus tunc ibi presentibus inter Stephanum de Segrave petentem et Reginaldum Basset tenentem de tribus carucatis terre cum pertinentiis in Digetheswurth[] unde placitum fuit inter eos in prefata curia scilicet quod predictus Reginaldus recognovit et concessit totam predictam terram cum pertinentiis esse jus ipsius Stephani habend et tenend ipsi Stephano et heredibus suis de predicto Reginaldo et heredibus suis imperpetuum simul cum una carucata terre cum pertinentiis quam idem Stephanus prius tenuit de ipso Reginaldo in eadem villa de feodo Margerie comitisse Winton[] faciendo inde forinsecum servitium quantum pertinet ad quatuor carucatas terre unde septem carucate terre faciunt servitium unius militis pro omni servitio Et predictus Reginaldus et eius heredes warantizabunt ipsi Stephano et heredibus suis predictas quatuor carucatas terre cum pertinentiis contra omnes gentes Et pro hac recognitione concessione warantia fine et concordia idem Stephanus concessit quod ipse et eius heredes dabunt singulis annis ipsi Reginaldo decem libras sterlingorum percipiendas ipsi Reginaldo tota vita sua ad duos terminos anni scilicet medietatem ad Pascha et aliam medietatem ad festum sancti Michaelis Et post decessum eiusdem Reginaldi idem Stephanus et eius heredes quieti erunt de predictis decem libris imperpetuum Et preterea idem Stephanus dedit ipsi Reginaldo decem marcas argenti
