Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Wiltun[] a die Pasche in quindecim dies anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Johannis undecimo coram Thoma de Muletun[] Roberto de Lexintun[] Willelmo de Shorewell[] Jordano Oliver et Warino filio Joel[] justic[] itinerantibus et aliis domini regis fidelibus tunc ibi presentibus inter Robertum filium Roberti de Berwyke petentem et Alanum Basset tenentem de duabus virgatis terre et dimidia et tribus mesuagiis cum pertinentiis in Berewyk[] unde assisa mortis antecessoris summonita fuit inter eos in prefata curia scilicet quod predictus Alanus recognovit et concessit predicto Roberto unam virgatam terre cum pertinentiis de eadem terra que pertinet ad Hull[] habend et tenend eidem Roberto et heredibus suis de predicto Alano et heredibus suis imperpetuum reddendo inde annuatim quatuor solidos ad quatuor terminos anni scilicet ad nativitatem sancti Johannis baptiste duodecim denarios et ad festum sancti Michaelis duodecim denarios et ad natale duodecim denarios et ad Pascha duodecim denarios pro omni servitio salvo forinseco servitio Et pro hac recognitione concessione fine et concordia idem Robertus remisit et quietum clamavit de se et heredibus suis predicto Alano et heredibus suis imperpetuum totum jus et clamium quod habuit in superplusio totius predicte terre cum pertinentiis
