Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Leic[] in octabis sancti Hillarii anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Johannis vicesimo quarto coram Roberto de Lexinton[] Radulfo de Sulleg[] Willelmo de Culewrth[] Andrea Luterel Roberto de Haya et Warnero Engayne justic[] itinerantibus et aliis domini regis fidelibus tunc ibi presentibus inter Radulfum Basset de Drayton[] petentem et Willelmum de Dive tenentem de duodecim virgatis terre cum pertinentiis in Wahtton[] unde placitum fuit inter eos in eadem curiascilicet quod predictus Willelmus recognovit totam predictam terram cum pertinentiis esse jus ipsius Radulfi Et pro hac recognitione fine et concordia idem Radulfus concessit totam predictam terram cum pertinentiis predicto Willelmo et heredibus de corpore suo procreatis habend et tenend eidem Willelmo et heredibus de corpore suo procreatis de predicto Radulfo et heredibus suis faciendo inde servitium duodecime partis feodi unius militis pro omni servitio Et idem Radulfus et heredes sui warantizabunt predicto Willelmo et heredibus de corpore suo procreatis totam predicta[m] terram cum pertinentiis per predictum servitium contra omnes gentes Et si predictus Willelmus obierit sine herede de corpore suo procreato tota predicta terra cum pertinentiis revertetur ad predictum Radulfum et heredes suos quiete inperpetuum Et sciendum quod idem Willelmus concessit quod non faciet vastum venditionem vel exilium in predicta terra quo minus tota predicta terra cum pertinentiis revertetur ad predictum Radulfum et heredes suos quiete inperpetuum si obierit sine herede de corpore suo procreato sicut predictum est
