Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Oxon[] a die sancte Trinitatis in quindecim dies anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Johannis tricesimo primo coram Rogero de Thurkelby Gilberto de Preston[] magistro Simone de Wauton[] et Johanne de Cobbeham justic[] itinerantibus et aliis domini regis fidelibus tunc ibi presentibus inter Wydonem filium Roberti querentem et Willelmum Basset deforciantem de consuetudinibus et servitiis que idem Wydo exigebat de predicto Willelmo de libero tenemento suo quod de predicto Wydone tenet in Wardinton[] et inter eundem Wydonem querentem et Ricardum de Grimescote deforciantem de consuetudinibus et servitiis que idem Wydo exigebat de predicto Ricardo de libero tenemento suo quod de predicto Wydone tenet in Clayndon[] et unde idem Wydo exigebat de predicto Willelmo quod faceret ei duas partes servitii unius militis pro predicto tenemento suo et de predicto Ricardo quod faceret ei tertiam partem servitii unius militis pro predicto tenemento suo et similiter quod predicti Willelmus et Ricardus facerent sectam ad curiam ipsius Widonis de Shoteswell[] de tribus septimanis in tres septimanas que servitia et quam sectam predicti Willelmus et Ricardus ei non cognoverunt et unde placitum fuit inter eos in eadem curiascilicet quod predicti Willelmus et Ricardus recognoverunt et concesserunt pro se et heredibus eorum quod ipsi decetero facient capitalibus dominis feodorum illorum pro predicto Widone et heredibus suis forinseca servitia et sectas que ad predicta tenementa pertinent pro predictis tenementis que de predicto Wydone tenent in predictis villis Et similiter quod ipsi decetero facient sectam ad curiam ipsius Wydonis in Wardinton[] quater per annum scilicet unam sectam ad proximam curiam suam post nativitatem sancti Johannis baptiste unam sectam ad proximam curiam suam post festum sancti Michaelis unam sectam ad proximam curiam suam post natale domini et unam sectam ad proximam curiam suam post Pascha et quod facient sectam ad predictam curiam suam de Wardinton[] quotienscumque placitum in ea fuerit per breve domini regis de recto pro omni servitio consuetudine et exactione Et pro hac recognitione concessione fine et concordia idem Wydo remisit et quietum clamavit de se et heredibus suis predictis Willelmo et Ricardo et heredibus eorum predictam sectam quam exigebat ab eis ad predictam curiam suam de Shoteswell[] faciendo sicut predictum est imperpetuum Et similiter remisit et quietumclamavit de se et heredibus suis predictis Willelmo et Ricardo et heredibus eorum omnia arreragia predicti servitii et omnia dampna que dicebat se habuisse occasione detentionis predicti servitii usque ad them quo hec concordia facta fuit
