Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Rading[] in octabis sancti Johannis baptiste anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Johannis tricesimo secundo coram Rogero de Thurkelby Gilberto de Preston[] magistro Simone de Wauton[] et Johanne de Cobbeham justic[] itinerantibus et aliis domini regis fidelibus tunc ibi presentibus inter Milonem Basset petentem et Johannem priorem de Sandelford[] tenentem de viginti solidatis redditus cum pertinentiis in Northmorton unde placitum fuit inter eos in eadem curia scilicet quod predictus prior recognovit predictum redditum cum pertinentiis esse jus ipsius Milonis scilicet unam marcatam redditus quam idem prior percipere solebat de Roberto filio Arnaldi de una virgata terre cum pertinentiis quam idem Robertus tenuit in villenagium de predicto priore in predicta villa die quo hec concordia facta fuit et similiter dimidiam marcatam redditus quam idem prior percipere solebat de Johanne le Frank[] de dimidia virgata terre cum pertinentiis quam idem Johannes tenuit in villenagium de predicto priore in predicta villa predicto die Et totum predictum redditum cum pertinentiis eidem Miloni reddidit in eadem curia et remisit et quietum clamavit de se et successoribus suis et ecclesia sua de Sandelford[] predicto Miloni et heredibus suis imperpetuum Et pro hac recognitione redditione remissione quieta clamantia fine et concordia idem Milo dedit predicto priori quinque marcas argenti Et sciendum quod hec concordia facta fuit presentibus predictis Roberto et Johanne le Frank[] et cognoscentibus se debere predictum redditum et se esse villanos
