[he]c est fi[na]lis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Wilton[] in octabis sancte Trinitatis anno reg[ni] regis Henrici filii regis Johannis tricesimo tertio coram Henrico d[e] b[a]thonia Alano de Wasand Willelmo de Wilton[] Reginaldo de Cobeham et Willelmo le Breton[] justic[] itinerantibus et aliis domini regis fidelib[us] tu[nc ibi] pres[ent]ibus inter Johannem Basset querentem et Agnetem abbatissam de Shaftesbyr[] per Johannem de Shaftesbyr[] positum loco suo ad lucrandum vel perdendum de hoc quod predicta abbat[issa] per[mi]tteret ipsum Johannem habere rationabile estoverium suum in bosco ipsius abbatisse de Bradeford et unde placitum fuit inter eos in eadem curiascilicet quod predictus Johannes remisit et quietum clamavit de se et heredibus suis predicte abbatisse et aliis abbatissis que ei succedent et ecclesie sue de Shaftesbyr[] totum jus et clamium quod habuit in predicto estoverio quod [c]lamabat habere in predicto bosco inperpetuum Remisit etiam idem Johannes et quietum clamavit de se et heredibus suis predicte abbatisse et aliis abbatissis que ei succedent et ecclesie sue predicte totum jus et clamium quod habuit in bosco de la Hamme et in toto illo prato quod est in la Hamme et similiter in illo prato quod vocatur Wodemade inperpetuum ita scilicet quod idem Johannes vel heredes sui nichil decetero poterunt clamare vel exigere in eis de pratis de la Hamme et Wodemed neque in dominico neque in servitio neque in communa inperpetuum Et pro hac remissione quieta clamantia fine et concordia predicta abbatissa dedit et concessit predicto Johanni totum illud pratum cum pertinentiis quod ipsa abbatissa et ecclesia sua predicta habuerunt in Maunemede die quo hec concordia facta fuit sine ullo retinemento habend et tenend eidem Johanni et heredibus suis de predicta abbatissa et aliis abbatissis que ei succedent et ecclesia sua predicta inperpetuum reddendo inde per annum dimidiam libram cymini vel unum denarium ad festum sancti Michaelis pro omni servitio consuetudine et exactione Et predicta abbatissa et ali[e] abbatisse que ei succedent et ecclesia sua predicta warantizabunt eidem Johanni et heredibus suis predictum pratum cum pertinentiis per predictum servitium contra omnes homines inperpetuum Et bene licebit eidem Johanni et heredibus suis predictum pratum de Maunemede includere fossato et haya pro voluntate eorum sine impedimento vel contraditione ipsius abbatisse et aliarum abbatissarum que ei succedent et ecclesie sue predicte inperpetuum Et preterea predicta abbatissa concessit pro se et aliis abbatissis que ei succedent et ecclesia sua predicta quod predictus Johannes et heredes sui decetero habeant in predicto bosco tempore pessone duodecim porcos et unum verrum quietos de pannagio et quod habeant singulis annis in eodem bosco scilicet ad le Hokeday unam karream grosse busce de frondibus quercum cum octo bobus per visum forestarii ipsius abbatisse et aliarum abbatissarum que ei succedent et ecclesie sue predicte sine inpedimento vel contraditione ipsius abbatisse et aliarum abbatissarum que ei succedent et ecclesie sue predicte inperpetuum
