263 Agreement whereby William de Ferrers (III), earl of Derby, conceded to Gilbert Basset and his heirs by Isabel daughter of William the manor of Mildenhall (Wilts) at the end of 4 years. Gilbert conceded that if he shall choose to take Mildenhall he shall then surrender to the master or treasurer of the Temple at London the charter which William madefor him concerning the manor of Pery (unidentified), which shall revert to William.
