Memorandum quod cum inter dnm episcopum Bath et Well ex parte una et dnm abbatem Glaston ex altera super quadam porcheria levata ad opus dicti dni episcopi in communi pastura de Godeneyemore et per homines dicti dni abbatis combusta seu prostrata suborta fuisset materia questionis tandem in prefata pastura comparuit dictus dns abbas pro se suoque conventu et hominibus et Philippus de Staunton[] officialis dicti dni episcopi et Willelmus de Welyngton[] canonicus Well pro dicto dno episcopo actumque est inter eos quod prefatus dns episcopus in pastura predicta et loco predicto de Godeneyemore faciat predictam porcheriam reedificari et ipsam cum porcis suis et custodibus ibidem in pace habeat quousque inter prefatos dnm episcopum et abbatem de consensu eorundem aliud fuerit ordinatum et fiant emende in presencia dictorum episcopi et abbatis quatenus de iure debeantur In quorum testimonium sigilla dictorum dni abbatis et officialis huic scripto duplicato alternatim sunt appensa Dat in eadem pastura iiij Id May anno gracie mcclxxviij
