Finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Wilton[] a die Sancte Trinitatis in iiij septimanas anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Johannis xxv coram Roberto de Lexinton[] Radulpho de Swilleg[] Willelmo de Culleworth[] Iolano de Nevile et Roberto de Haya iusticiariis itinerantibus et aliis domini regis fidelibus tunc ibi presentibus inter M abbatem Glaston querentem et Symonem priorem de Bradestok[] deforciantem de communa pasture in Cristemelford[] et unde idem abbas questus fuit quod predictus prior iniuste exigebat communam pasture in terra sua predicta desicut ipse nullam habet communam in terra predicti prioris in eadem villa nec predictus prior servicium ei facit quare predictam communam habere debeat et unde placitum fuit inter eos in eadem curia scilicet quod predictus abbas concessit pro se et successoribus suis quod predictus prior et successores sui habeant communam pasture in bosco de Cristemelford ad quatuor boves et xx vaccas et duos tauros et xx porcos et lx capras et centum oves ita scilicet quod si predictus abbas facit defensum in predicto bosco ex parte australi siketti quod currit proximo ante domos predicti prioris bene licebit predicto priori et successoribus suis habere iiij bovum sicut predictum est cum bobus predicti abbatis et xx vaccas et duos tauros cum vaccis vel ceteris averiis predicti abbatis in eodem defenso et xx porcos per totum in predicto bosco preterquam in predicto defenso et tempore pessionis et lx capras ex parte boriali magne vie iacentis inter Bradenestok[] et Cristemelford[] et centum oves ex parte boriali predicte vie et ex parte australi eiusdem vie inter domos predicti prioris et predictum sikettum habend et tenend eidem priori et successoribus suis et ecclesie sue de Bradenestok[] de predicto abbate et successoribus suis et ecclesia sua Glaston in perpetuum reddendo inde per annum dimidiam marcam argenti ad duos terminos scilicet ad festum Sancti Michaelis tres solidos et quatuor denarios et ad Pasch[] iij s et iiij denarios pro omni servicio et exaccione Et pro hac concessione fine et concordia idem prior remisit predicto abbati omnia dampna sua que dicebat se habere per hoc quod deforciant eidem priori concessit communam pasture quam clamavit habere in terra ipsius abbatis in Cristemelford[] et remisit et quietumclamavit de se et successoribus suis predicto abbati et successoribus suis totum ius et clameum quod habuit in tota predicta pastura salva ei et successoribus suis pastura sua ad averia predicta sicut predictum est
