To St James Priory, Exeter; 1157, at Exeter Notification, addressed to Robert H, bishop of Exeter, that, for the safety of his soul and those of his wife, DioniFia, his father, Earl Baldwin I, and his mother, Adeliz, he has confirmed to the priory of St James the gifts made by his father in nos. 27-8 above of the lands of Walter (son of Wulward), the land next Shutbrook (in Exeter), and half of the tithe of the fishery of Topsham (Devon); and confiming also a gift of two acres by Avicia de St Leonard.
