Sciant omnes presentes et futuri quod ego Isabel comitissa Glouc[estrie] concessi et dedi et hac presenti carta mea confirmavi pro salute anime mee et antecessorum et successorum meorum deo et beate Marie de Margan et monachis ibidem deo servientibus in puram et perpetuam elemosinam has terras in feudo de Kenef[eg] scilicet et totam terram Petetevini per divisas suas cum pertinentiis suis et totam terram Hugonis de h[er]eford[ia] per divisas suas cum pertinentiis suis et totam terram Wall[e]nsiu[m] pro qua solebant reddere annuatim xxx duos solidos ballivis de Kenef[eg] et totam moram de Havedhaloc inter duas aquas scilicet Kenef[eg] et Baithan tenend de me et heredibus meis libere et quiete ab omni servitio consuetudine et exactione seculari sicut ulla elemosina liberius et quietius potest teneri Et ex dono Will[elm]i de Lond[oniis] et heredum eius totam terram de Egleskeynwir cum pertinentiis suis sicut carte ipsorum testantur et quicquid habent ex dono Henr[ici] de Umfra[m]vill[a] et heredum apud Landmeuth[in] Testibus etc
