Dilecto domino suo priori montis sancti Michaelis in Cornubia suus si placet Stephanus de Bello Prato salutem Tenore presencium vobis significo quod Michaelem de Tremynhyr Woelos de duabus partibus vnius dimidie acre terre Cornubiensis quam de uobis in Tremynhyr Wartha tenebam feoffaui cum omnibus pertinenciis suis supplicans uobis quatinus eundem Michaelem ad seruicium inde nobis debitum exnunc benigne si placebit recipiatis Et de homagio quod vobis prius inde feci vos cum ipsum receperitis clamio inperpetuum quietum In cuius rei testimonium has litteras meas signo sigilli mei signatas vobis dirigo patentes Datum apud Laenescli die mercurij proxima ante festum natiuitatis sancte Johannis Baptiste anno regni regis Edwardi vicesimo tercio
