In nomine Domini Amen Notum sit omnibus tam presentibus quam futuris quod ego Osbertus de Capavall[] et Sibilla uxor mea damus et tradimus Deo et sancto hospitali Ierosol[em] et ecclesie de Chaur[ia] tam pro remedio animarum nostrarum quam tocius generis nostri molendinum de Brochehed in perpetuam et legitimam elemosinam ut ista dicta ecclesia eum perpetualiter habeat et legali iure omni inquietacione et cavillacione sopita possideat ea videlicet condicione quod pro prefato molendino in ista nominata ecclesia de Chaur[ia] perpetuo lampas die noctuque pro remedio anime Alvredi de Bendavilla ardebit qui predictam ecclesiam sancto hospitali dedit Et huic donacioni interfuerunt presentes testes Lucas de Aspadane etc
