Willelmus de Arderne filius Radulphi de Arderne omnibus etc Notum sit omnibus quod ego pro salute anime mee et Ysoud[] uxoris mee et pro anima Radulfi patris mei et matris mee et omnium heredum meorum dedi et concessi et hac presenti carta mea confirmavi Deo et beate Marie et sancto Iohanni Baptiste et beatis pauperibus sancte domus hospitalis Ierusalem et fratribus ibidem servientibus tres acras terre de terra mea in Chaur[ia] quarum una acra iacet in Pirefeld apud occidentalem iuxta terram canonicorum de Dunmawe et alia acra iacet in la Lee iuxta terram Roberti de Valetu[ne] et abuttat super terram monacorum de Tilet[eia] et tercia acra in Dolemore quam tenuit Willelmus de Quercu tenendas et habendas imperpetuum bene et in pace quiete et integre liberius et quiecius de omnibus terrenis serviciis que ad me vel ad heredes meos inde pertinent in puram et perpetuam elemosinam Hiis testibus etc
