Sciant presentes etc quod ego Beatrix de Arderne quondam uxor Willelmi Arderne in mea pura viduitate constituta dedi et concessi et hac presenti carta mea confirmavi Deo et beate Marie et sancto Iohanni Baptiste et fratribus hospitalis Ieros[olomie] in puram et perpetuam elemosinam unam acram terre et unam rodam in villa de Chaur[ia] scilicet que iacet iuxta terram predictorum hospitalariorum in longitudine ex una parte et terram Willelmi Giffard ex altera parte et unum capud abbuttat super terram que vocatur Longeyerd[] versus orientem et aliud capud versus occidentem super unam terram que vocatur Algoresgore habendam et tenendam predictam terram adeo liberam sicut aliqua elemosina liberius potest dari alicui domui religionis Et ego Beatrix et heredes mei warantizabimus predictam terram cum pertinentiis predictis fratribus contra omnes homines et feminas imperpetuum Et in huius rei etc Hiis testibus etc
