Notum sit omnibus etc quod ego Radulfus prior de Dunmawe et canonici ecclesie nostre habemus perpetuam vicariam de fratribus hospitalis Ierusalem in ecclesia sua de Burneham cuius personatus apud eos perpetuo residebit sub tali tamen condicione quod nos solvemus eis annuatim de eadem ecclesia quamdiu Walterus [clericus] filius Walteri filii Roberti vixerit nomine perpetue vicarie aureum unum Post mortem vero Walteri clerici filii Walteri filii Roberti solvemus eis de sepedicta ecclesia singulis annis tres marcas argenti ad duos terminos scilicet 20 s ad Pascha et viginti solidos ad festum sancti Michaelis et de omni exaccione et consuetudine eiusdem ecclesie episcopo diocesano et archidiacono et officialibus eorum pertinente omnino respondebimus Hiis testibus etc
