Omnibus Christi fidelibus ad quos presens scriptum pervenerit frater Imbertus de Peraut milicie Templi in Anglia minister humilis salutem in Domino Cum Petrus de Topesfeld annuum redditum sex marcarum sterlingorum percipiendorum de Willelmo filio eiusdem Petri et heredibus suis vel Margerie sorore eiusdem Willelmi et heredibus suis ad perpetuam sustentacionem unius sacerdotis domui nostre contulerit nos de communi consilio et assensu capituli nostri in Pascha apud Dynesley concessimus eidem Petro cantariam unius sacerdotis divina in perpetuum celebraturi in capella nostra de Kyrsinge pro salute anime ipsius et animarum parentum amicorum ac benefactorum suorum ita quod si processu temporis cantaria predicti sacerdotis cessaverit liceat predictis Willelmo filio Petri et Margerie sorori sue vel eorum heredibus predictum redditum quamdiu predictam cantariam cessare contigerit sine inpedimento vel molestia nostri vel successorum nostrorum libere retinere In cuius rei testimonium sigillum commune capituli nostri et sigillum dicti Petri huic scripto bipartito sunt apposita Hiis testibus fratre Ricardo filio Iohannis fratre Willemo le Engleis fratre Willelmo de Merden fratre Radulpho capellano fratre Roberto Rob fratre Rogero de Scaccario fratre Ricardo de Lyngene fratre Ranulpho de Brimmesgrave preceptore novi Templi London et aliis
