Omnibus hoc scriptum visuris vel audituris Petrus clericus de Walcomestowe salutem in Domino Noverit universitas vestra me concessisse remisisse et in perpetuum de me et heredibus meis quietum clamasse priori et fratribus hospitalis Ierusalem totum ius et clamium quod habui in toto tenemento quod Walterus le wise de me tenuit in villa de Perdone cum homagio predicti Walteri et cum sex denariis annui redditus wardis releviis escaetis et omnibus aliis pertinentiis suis michi et heredibus meis pertinentibus ita quod nec ego nec heredes mei aliquid iuris vel clamii in predicto tenemento et annuo redditu et aliis pertinentiis de cetero petere vel vendicare poterimus Et ut hec mea quieta clamancia et concessio robur habeat [et] stabilis et firma permaneat huic scripto sigillum meum apposui Hiis testibus Baldewino de Witsand[] Iohanne de la Mare Iohanne Pregelond[] Willelmo Passem[er] et aliis
