Omnibus Christi fidelibus ad quos presens scriptum pervenerit Thomas atte Park de Gestyngthorpe salutem in Domino Noveritis me remisisse relaxasse et omnino pro me et heredibus meis quietum clamasse Thome filio meo heredibus et assignatis suis totam illud ius et clamium quod habui vel aliquo modo habere potui in quadam pecia terre iacente in villa de Hengham ad Castrum in campo vocato Neweland pro ut mete et bunde proportant et demonstrant cum sepibus et fossatis stratis pastcuis pasturis viis semitis et omnibus aliis pertinentiis suis dicte pecie terre qualitercumque spectantibus ita videlicet quod nec ego Thomas atte [park] predictus nec heredes mei nec aliquis per nos seu nomine nostro in predicta pecia terre cum sepibus et fossatis stratis pascuis pasturis viis semitis et omnibus aliis suis pertinentiis aliquid iuris vel clamii de cetero exigere seu vendicare poterimus infuturum In cuius rei testimonium huic presenti scripto quiete clamancie sigillum meum apposui Hiis testibus Ricardo de Othulesho Thoma de Shelmesho de Gestyngthorpe predicto Ricardo Paviot de Hengham predicto et aliis Datum apud Hengham predictam die sabbati proxima post festum sancti Ambrosii doctoris anno regni regis Edwardi tercii post conquestum decimo nono
