Anno regni regis Edwardi nonodecimo in festo sancti Marci evangeliste convenit inter fratrem Alexandrum de Mitcham custodem sancte domus hospitalis apud Mapeltrestede ex parte una et Iohannam relictam Willelmi filii Rogeri Fraunceys ex altera videlicet quod frater Alexander assensu et consensu fratrum suorum concessit et tradidit dicte Iohanne totam partem mesuagii cum domibus et edificiis quondam Rogeri Fraunceys que in custodiam dicte domus hospitalis post decessum predicti Rogeri devenit habend et tenend dictum mesuagium usque ad finem novem decim annorum proximorum sequensium et plenarie completorum Pro hac autem concessione et remissione dicta Iohanna concessit et dimisit dicto fratri Alexandro et fratribus dicte domus omnes terras et tenementa de feodo hospitalis que quidem tenementa Rogerus Fraunceys quondam tenuit de dicta domo hospitalis usque ad terminum predictum reddendo inde annuatim usque ad dictum terminum dicte Iohanne quinque solidos sterlingorum videlicet ad Pascha duos solidos et sex denarios et ad festum sancti Michaelis duos solidos et sex denarios pro dictis tenementis et nutrimentis Ricardi filii dicte Iohanne et heredis dictorum tenementorum ita quod nec dicta Iohanna nec aliquis nomine suo de dictis terris et tenementis usque ad finem predicti termini bene complete aliquid iuris vel clamei exigere poterit nec dictum mesuagium alicui dimittere vel ad firmam tradere nec aliquo alio modo sine assensu fratrum alienare set predictos fratres versus dictum heredem de omnibus scilicet pertinentibus memorata Iohanna indempnes conservabit In cuius rei testimonium presentibus scriptis in modum cirographi confectis sigilla parcium sunt appensa Hiis testibus domino Willelmo de Hanyngfeld milite domino Hugone Goldston rectore ecclesie de Gestingethorpe Ada Goldston Willelmo Panymere Laurencio Panymere Gilberto le Geligg Stephano fabro Iohanne Ioye Iohanne le hanaper et multis aliis
