Sciant presentes et futuri quod ego Otho filius Willelmi concessi dedi et hac presenti carta mea confirmavi Deo et beate Marie et sancto Iohanni Baptiste et beatis pauperibus sancte domus hospitalis de Ierusalem et fratribus eiusdem domus de Mapeltrestede commorantibus et ibidem Deo servientibus unam peciam terre mee vocatam le Ramaker in villa de Gestingthorpe sicut sepibus seu fossatis includitur unde unum capud abuttat versus parcum de Hengham et aliud capud versus regalem viam ducentem versus forum de Hengham et unam aliam peciam terre vocatam Trowton[] in villa de Gestingthorpe similiter cum liberis introitibus et exitibus in tota strata que se extendit de Ramaker usque ad stratam ducentem de ecclesia de Gestingthorpe usque ad mesuagium Reginaldi Noreys pascendam fugandam cariandam eundam et redeundam sine alicuius contradiccione vel impedimento et eciam concessi et dedi predicte domui hospitalis in perpetuum donum totam stratam vocatam Charleystrete videlicet a mesuagio Reginaldi de Noreys et sic usque in villam de Mapeltrestede cum omnibus commoditatibus et attachiamentis et in dicta strata fodienda seu omnibus aliis aysiamentis causa dicte strate predicte domui poterint exigere sine ullo retenemento salva communi via ad fugandum equitandum eundum redeundum cariandum et recariandum sine perturbacione dicte sancte domus preterea concessi et dedi predicte domui hospitalis communem viam ad fugandum eundum redeundum cariandum et recariandum de Mapeltrestede usque ad omnes terras et tenementa eiusdem domus in Gestingthorpe sine aliqua contradiccione seu impedimento heredum seu assignatorum meorum in puram et perpetuam elemosinam solutam et quietam ab omni servicio et exaccione seculari sicut aliqua elemosina liberius et quiecius dari potest domui religionis Hanc autem elemosinam feci ego Otho pro salute anime mee et patris mei et matris mee et omnium amicorum meorum vivorum seu mortuorum ut participes simus omnium bonorum que fiunt in sancta domo hospitalis Ierusalem Et ego predictus Otho et heredes mei warantizabimus totas predictas pecias terre seu stratas antedictas et cum omnibus commoditatibus seu pertinentiis prelocutis fratribus predicte domus et eorum assignatis contra omnes gentes imperpetuum acquietabimus et defendemus In cuius rei testimonium huic presenti carte mee sigillum meum apposui Hiis testibus Ingelero de Cantelupo Galfrido Gernun Hugone le Waleys Waltero de Poley Gilberto de Oddewelle Roberto de Chelmesho Willelmo [de] Bumstede Gilberto filio Henrici Willelmo de Kerevile et multis aliis
