Omnibus Christi fidelibus ad quos presens scriptum pervenerit Gilbertus filius Nicholai Burdeleys de Gestingthorpe salutem in Domino sempiternam Noveritis me pro me et heredibus meis remisisse relaxasse et omnino imperpetuum quietum clamasse Simoni Chanz de Fordeham heredibus et assignatis suis totum ius meum et clameum meum quod habeo seu aliquo modo habere potero in omnibus terris et tenementis reversionibus homagiis serviciis liberorum hominum seu villanorum michi vel quibuscumque heredibus meis quoquo modo iure vel titulo iuris contingentibus post mortem predicti Nicholai patris mei nuper defuncti et post decessum Elianore quondam uxoris predicti Nicholai et matris mee cum acciderint in villa de Gestingthorpe et Mapeltrestede magna cum eorum pertinentiis ita videlicet quod nec ego predictus Gilbertus nec heredes mei nec aliquis alius nomine nostro in predictis terris et tenementis reversionibus cum acciderint homagiis et serviciis liberorum hominum seu villanorum cum pertinentiis suis nec in aliqua parte eorundem ius vel clameum de cetero exigere clamare vel vendicare potero nec poterimus imperpetuum In cuius rei testimonium huic presenti scripto de quieta clamacione sigillum meum apposui Hiis testibus Ricardo de Othelesho Thoma warde Thoma atte Park Roberto le warner Willelmo de Leffeldewelle Iohanne spelyng Roberto fabro et aliis Datum apud Gestingthorpe predictam die dominica in festo invencionis sancte crucis anno regni regis Edwardi tercii post conquestum duodecimo
