Sciant tam presentes quam futuri quod ego Wida de Diua concessi et presenti carta mea confirmaui deo et sancte Marie de Egnesham et monachis ibidem deo seruientibus donationem quam Radulfus de Cheisnei eis fecit uidelicet duas hidas terre et dimidiam unam in Wealde et unam et dimidiam in Eston[] et unam piscariam quam Luuel tenuit excepto quod seruicium Roberti de Chauz de dimidia hida quam de prefatis monachis de Egnesham pro tribus solidis pro omni seruicio tenere debuit in misericordia mea michi retinui Et pro hac concessione et confirmatione Godefridus abbas et monachi de Egnesham dederunt michi viii marcas argenti et unum palefridum His testibus Amico de Parco Ricardo filio Alani Henrico filio eius Willelmo decano de Wttona Petro filio eius

Date: Note- Apparently after the death of Radulfus de Chesney, who was certainly alive in 1194 (see no. 99)- not later than 1195, because of the mention of Abbot Godfrey. Wido was son-in-law of Ralph de Chesney.
