Omnibus [etc] I diuina miseracione abbas Egnesham et eiusdem loci conuentus salutem in domino sempiternam Uestra nouerit uniuersitas nos teneri et obligatos esse domino Nigello de Tyllebroc clerico in decem marcis sterelingorum quas nobis in magna necessitate nostra ad negocia monasterii nostri procuranda mutuauit et easdem x marcas eidem bona fide et sine contradiccione uel certo procuratori suo ad festum sancti Michaelis anno gracie m cc lx nono ad domum sancte Frideswyde Oxonie soluemus una cum dampnis laboribus et expensis que occasione dicte solucionis retardate sustinuerit renunciantes in hoc facto omnibus hiis per que dicta solucio possit retardari uolentes uerbo suo simplici uel eius procuratoris absque strepitu iudiciali pro plena probacione fidem adhiberi In cuius etc Datum die Iouis proxima ante festum sancti Martini anno domini m cc lxviii
