Sciant presentes a futuri quod ego Ricardus Ouerhe pelliparius Oxonie dedi concessi et hac presenti carta mea confirmaui magistris Hugoni de sancto Iuone Galfrido de Horkestowe pro quadam summa pecunie quam michi dederunt pre manibus totum illud mesuagium cum omnibus suis pertinenciis quod vocatur Chimere Halle quod situm est in parochia sancti Edwardi regis in Oxonia in vico quod vocatur Schydyerd inter tenementum abbatis de Abyndone ex parte una et tenementum prioris sancte Frideswide ex altera habend et tenend totum predictum mesuagium cum pertinenciis prefatis magistris Hugoni Galfrido et heredibus suis uel assignatis de capitali domino illius feodi per seruicium inde debitum et consuetum libere et quiete bene et in pace in perpetuum Et ego [etc warranty] In cuius [etc sealing] hiis testibus Iohanne de Dukelyntone tunc maiore Oxonie Waltero de Wycumbe et Willelmo Penard tunc balliuis eiusdem ville Philippo de Ew Iohanne de Ew Thoma de Sowy Andrea de Pyrie Andrea Culuerd Iohanne de Colishulle et aliis
