Sciant presentes et futuri quod ego Ricardus filius Walteri de Pattushulle concessi dimisi et quietum clamaui Simoni filio Alani de Maydewell totam terram cum omnibus pert suis quam de eo tenui in Borstall a terminum vite mee et cum vestura eiusdem terre crescente anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Iohannis xxv pro viginti marcis argenti quas michi dedit pre manibus habendam et tenend sibi et heredibus suis adeo libere integre quiete et solute sicut ipse eam umquam liberius tenuit In cuius etc hiis testibus Petro Poer de Dranton Willelmo Durdent de eadem Ricardo clerico de Maidewell Philippo clerico de eadem Thoma Bassett et aliis Memorandum quod dicta hida terre alienata fuit per unam cartam ante datam Iohanni de Haudlo militi quondam domino manerii de Borstall per Benedictum le Vilour quam quidem hidam Benedictus le Vylour pater predicti Benedicti habuit ex dono Willelmi Bylett et idem Willelmus de herede predicti Simonis de Maydewell etc et dicta hyda terre tenetur de honore Walyngford etc
