Sciant presentes et futuri quod ego Ricardus Rachel[] de Stanley remisi et de me et heredibus inperpetuum quietum clamavi deo et ecclesie beate Marie de Parco Stanleye et canonicis ibidem deo servientibus et servituris totum jus et clamium quod habui vel habere potui in uno mesuagio et novem acris terre in Stanley quas Hugo de la Grene tenuit habend et tenend dictis canonicis et eorum successoribus inperpetuum Et ne ego dictus Ricardus seu heredes mei vel aliquis alius nomine meo vel heredum meorum aliquid juris vel clamii in predicto mesuagio et novem acris terre de cetero exigere vel vendicare possimus in perpetuum presens scriptum sigilli mei inpressione roboravi Dat[] apud Stanl[] xi die kl[] April[] anno domini m cc septuagesimo
