      Ludewicus dei gratia Romanorum rex semper augustue. Egregio viro Ioanni Supe- rantio duci Venetiarum, suo et imperii fideli dilecto, gratiam suam et omne bonum. Super civium Venetorum, de quibus tuarum literarum serenitati regie directarum scripsisti serie, captivatione et detentione diligentem inquisitionem per nostros in illis partibus officiatos fieri fecimus, et circa eorundem liberationem ac rerum ipsis ablatarum plenariam restitu- tionem tanto ex affectu intendere curabimus, quod in hoc equitatem regiam scntire in effectu poteris gratiosam.
