Quia promotionem vestram omni affectu cupimus, scire debetis, quod eam donationem quam fidelis noster Philippus prepositus vester super redditibus ecclesie de Brule ad stipendia vestra melio- randa, prout in scripto ipsius continetur, vobis fecit, gratam et ratam habemus et confir- mamus, statuentes ut nec ipse nec aliquis eius successor hanc donationem aliquo modo immutare valeat vel infringere.
