    Quibusdam Fulginatibus pedagium castri de Gualdo Nucer. dioec. conceditur. Reg. An. IV. ep. 93.fol. 158.

    Bonifacius episcopus etc. Dilectis filiis Io- hanni Bartholi Clavelli et Bartholo eius filio de Fulgineo laicis, salut etc. Grate devotionis studia et affectus pure fidei, quibus erga nos et Ronianam vigetis ecclesiam, benignius attendentes, dignum duximus, ut vos apostolice sedis munificentia pro- sequamur. Volentes itaque vobis gratiam facere specialem, pedagium Castri de Gualdo Nucerine diocesis ad Romanam spectans ecclesiam cum omni- bus proventibus, iuribus et pertinentiis suis apo- stolica vobis auctoritate concedimus usque ad no- Btre beneplacitum voluntatis, volentes, ut vobis tam ab hominibus dicti Castri quam aliis quibuscumque, qui ad pedagium huiusmodi tenebuntur, respon- deatur integre usque ad beneplacitum supradictum. Datum Laterani in. Nonas Martii, anno quinto.
