      quam futurorum, presenti pagina significare dignum duximns, qualiter monachis beate Marie de Thosan decimas tolius terre de Crabbendic et Morlodenesse, terre videlicet totius que continetur inter Hinkeline et Morhde, Wrangha et Scoude, in pactum perpetuum concessimus, eo videlicet tenore ut annuatim, post festum beati Laurentii, viginti solidos sterlingorum nuntio nostro de cetero persolvant, quamdiu prefatam terram coluerint, vel tantum ex ea utilitatis perceperint, quod prefatum canonem persolvendi habeant facultatem. Sed ne oblivio, noverca memorie, Iongi temporis curriculo huic sincero facto nostro in posterum valeat derogare, concessimus eis presentem paginam sigilli nostri impressione et testium subscrip- tione corroboratam. Nomina testium sunt hec: Reimboldus prepositus sancte Maric, Bertol- dus prepositus de Aldensele, Bruno canonicus sancte Marie, Nicholaus abbas sancti Pauli, Nicholaus abbas sancti Laurentii in Ostbrouc et alii quam plures.
