      Ego A. decanus sancti Salvatoris in Brugis, notum fieri volo universis presentes litteras inspecturis, quod Lambertus, miles de Liswega, quamdain terram, cui nomen est Memberg Belc, monachis de Thosan pro remedio sue anime in elemosinam contulit, jure perpetuo possidendam. Sed et aliam terram, quam iidem fratres diu quiete possederant, ipsis ab eodem Lamberto pariter concessam, cum ageret in extremis eis ab omni reclamatione liberam de- reliquit. Quod , ne processu temporis, oblivione depereat, presentes litteras mei sigilli appensione censui muniendas et hec suut nomina presbiterorum, qui donationem istam presentialiter audierunt: Magister Walterus de Ostburg, Stepbanus de Isendic, Fromaldus Losgarth, Hugo abbas, item presbvteri de Wlpia, Boidin de Ostenda, Bartholomeus de Avenkerca, Tidric de Beinbolduskerca , Johannes de Briela, Johannes de Dunis.
