      Clemens, episcopus, servus servorum Dei, dilectis filiisabbati etconventui Dunensis monasterii, salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Si quando postulatur a nobis quod rationi congruit, ct consonat honcstati, animo nos decet libenti concedere et favorem congruum impertiri. Eapropter, dilecti in Domino filii, vestris justis postulationibus clementer annuimus et ecclesiam vestram, et personas in ea domo famulantes, cum omnibus bonis que in presentiarum rationabiliter possidetis, vel in futurum, prestante Domino, justis modis poteritis adipisci, sub beati Petri et nostra protectione suscipimus, specialiter autem terram in Reilande, et redditus annuos, quos nobili viro Philippo Flandrensi comiti, et M. uxori sue solvere hactenus tenebamini, nunc autem vobis et ecclesie ab eis, intuitu pietatis, remissos, sicut ea juste ac sine controversia possidetis, vobis et per vos, ecclesie vestre, auctoritate apostolica, confirmamus, et presentis scripti patrocinio communimus. Statuentes ut nulli omnino hominum liceat hanc paginam nostre confirmationis infringere, vel ei ausu temerario contraire. Si quis autem hoc attcmptare presumpserit, indignationem-omnipotentis Dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli Apostolorum ejus, se noverit incursurum.
