inania. CLemens episcopus servus servorum Dei, dilectis filiis abbati et
conventui Dunensi salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Sicut dignum est et
rationi conveniens ut rescripta sedis apostolice sint juste impetrantibus
fructuosa, ita est equum et ut per obreptionem obtenta concepte fraudis
frustrentur effectu. Quapropter virtuti vcstre volentes contra callida
malignantium consilia providere, litteris vobis presentibus indulgemus, ut si
quis contra privilegia vestra sive super decimis, sivo aliis. quibuscunque
capitulis litteras quaslibet non babita ratione quodsitis cysterciensis ordinis
duxit impetrandas inanes et vacue habcantur, nec earum obtentu vos ad judicium
voluraus evocari, vel vocatos, nisi sponte volueritis, respondere. Dignura est
etenim ut qui alios intendit decipere fraudis sue laqueo capiatur. Nulli ergo
omnino hcminum liceat hanc paginam nostre concessionis infringere, vel ei ausu
temerario contraire. Si quis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit indignationem
omnipotentis Dei et bcatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum ejus se noverit
