Tam posteros quam modernos hoc voluimus nonlatere, quod illustris femina Beatrix de Pola, nobis presentibus, est con- fessa XI mensuras terre, que sibi apud Calvaketa a suis progenitoribus jure successionis obveniant, se olim cum viro suo Rubino, antequam prolem susciperent, pari consensu ecclesie beate Marie de Thosan in meram elemosinam contulisse et eandem ecclesiam illius terre sollempni et absoluta donatione donum presentialiter constituisse, seque nichil juris in ea, nisi solum usumfructuin, habere; porro in scripto quod a viro ejus R. prefata suscepit ecclesia ipsius terre nomen et limites exprimuntur. Ne autem hec veritas falsitatis periculum oblivione sustineat, scripto eam mandare et sigillis nostris curavimus communire. Actum apud Echoud, astantibus multis personis cum ibidem Jacobus vir ejus agdret in extremis. Anno Domini millesimo, duceutesimo quinto, mense Octobri, die apostolorum Symonis et Jude.
