      Ego Rasso de Gavera, Buticularius Flandrie, et ego Alardus de Hoele, dictus Busere, omnibus presentes litteras inspecturis salutem. Noverint universi quod cum Willelmus dictus Bloc de Heine et Helias, clericus, ex parte domini comitis Thome vendidissent wastiniam in officiis de Isendike et de Rodenburgh, in officio videlicet de Isendike, Balduino custodi quinque boneria, iiugoni Langben quinque boneria, Thankardo Cupin unum bonerium et dimidietatam unius mensure et eidem Thancardo, in officio de Rodenburgh, tria boneria. Et cum predicte W. et H. singula boneria pro singulis decem et octo denariis ad annuum censum dedissent, Nos, de mandato dicti comitis Thome, dictas wastinas ad opus dictorum Balduini scilicet custodis et Hugonis Langben et Thancardi Cupin, in utroque officio intus equitavimus cum forestariis et venatoribus ad legem. In hujus rei testimonium presentem paginam sigillorum nostrorum munimine duximus roborandam. Datum anno ab Incarnatione Christi M° CC° XXX* nono, mense Decembri.
