Ego Philippus, Flandrie et Viromandie comes, notum fieri volo tam futuris quam prcsentibus, quod apud Rodenborgh, ab introitu vie que vocatur Stodingre wech, usque ad solitudinem integri moor, ad viam faciendam et aqueductus fodiendum, decem virgas mensurales in latitudinem, fratribus beate Marie de Thosan libera donatione concessi et in illa solitudine integri moor, inter Wolfs kil et Scone velth sexaginta mensuras, ad turvas fodiendas; pro mea meorumque salute perpetuis eorum usibus assignavi. Ut autem hoc ratum maneat et inconvulsum fidcli litterarum memorie com- mendari et sigilli mei impressione ac horum testium annotatione roborari prccepi.
