      Ego Willelmus, Brugensis prepositus et Flandrie cancellarius, notum facio universis quod Bast, filius Godescalci et Maida, uxor ejus, Bertelindis, vidua longi Reinbaldi et filie ejus Adelisa, vidua Johannis Baes, Mabekina, vidua Pauli et patrui ejus, Michael, filius Clais, et Stephanus, frater ejus, singuli pro portione sua vendiderunt ecclesie de Dunis terram ad estimationem unius circiter mensure, quam a me tenuerant ad opus ecclesie de Dunis, in presentia mea pro utilitate et confectione cujusdam nove strate publice werpiverunt. Ita tamen quod de omni jure nostro et annuo censu, quem nobis occasione predicte terre sol- vere consueverant, annis singulis, statuto tempore, nobis respondebunt. Raciocinatores autem coram quibus hoc factum est, sunt Philippus de Nova Ecclesia, Lambertus Falvus, Johannes Vos, milites, Thomas Pinguis, Nicholaus Pco et Riquardus Pco. Preterea noverint universi

      quod ob specialcm gratiam, quam erga memoratam ecclesiam de Dunis habeo iu Domino Jhesu Christo et ob salutem anime mee, concessi abbati et conventui de Dunis in puram elemosinam superarata, quinque circiter mensurarum terre ad jus nostrum pertinentium, juxta Grangiam de Alnoti domo jacentium, libere, quoad vixero possidenda.
