DXLVI. — N" 948. Don d'une maison a Bruzelles, supra Frigidum montem (Caudenberg). Notum sit universis presens scriptum inspecturis, quod Walterus, dictus de Anglia, resi- gnavit cum debita renuntiatione in manu Willelmi dicti Pipenpon, domistadium unura, situm in oppido Bruxellense super Frigidum montem, ad opus et usura cenobii de Dunis. Quo facto dictus Willelraus contulit dictum domistadium fratri Franconi, raonacho dicti cenobii, ad opus ejusdem cenobii hereditarie possidcndum et tenendum sub annuo censu decem solidorum Bruxellensium et quatuor caponum ad Natale Domini solvendorum. Et inde pro- misit dictus Walterus dicto cenobio rectam warandiam, et recepit dictus frater Franco dictum domistadium ab eodem Willelmo tanquam censuarius singularis et mortalis et post ipsum, tenetur habere dictus Willelmus de dicto domistadio semper censuarium singnlarem et mortalem. Inde sunt testes, Willelmus de Huffle et Henricus, dictus Ansem, scabini Bruxel- lenses quorum sigilla presentibus in testimonium sunt appensa. Actum anno Domini M° CC° LXIIP sabbato post Ascensionem Domini.
