Dei gratia Rex Anglie, Dux Normandie et Aquitanie, et comes Andegaveusis, justiciariis, vicecomitibus, seneschallis, prepositis et omnibus baillivis et fidelibus suis totius terre sue, salutem. Sciatis me concessisse pro anima mea et anima patris mei et matris mee monachis et fratribus ordinis cisterciensis de Dunis ut behe in pace et libere transeant per totam terram meam cum omnibus rebus suis quascumque et qualescumque duxerint, quas ipsi vel servientes sui assecurare poterunt eorumdem monachorum et fratrum esse proprias et ad usum eorum. Et precipio quod de omnibus rebus suis propriis, et que ad victum et ad usum eorum fuerint, quietantiam et libertatem hanc de theloneo et passagio, et pontagio et traverso, et de omni consuetudine que ad me pertinet in tota terra mea, tam per terram quam per aquam. Concessi etiam eisdem fratribus licentiam novas naves fabricandi et veteres emendandi seu ligna quelibet ad usus proprios comparandi, et prohibeo ne quis eis inde violentiam vel vexationem aut disturbationem infcrat, vcl gravamen, et si quis eis super hoc in aliquo forisfacere presumpserit, id eis sine delatione faciatis emendari.
