      Noverint universi presentem paginam inspecturi, quod ego Reifinus, miles de Willelmi Capella, et Virgina.uxor mea, contulimus in puram et perpetuam elemosinam ecclesie beate Marie de Dunis sex solidos Flandrenses. Nos autem, scilicet frater Salomon, dictus abbas et conventus de Dunis, divinc pietatis intuitu et ad precum ipsius instantiam ipsi R. militi et V. uxori ejus anniversarium unum semel in anno in perpetuum concessimus celebrandum. Sunt autcm dicti sex solidi percipiendi singulis annis in festo sancti Ravonis super quatuor mensuras terre, quas tenet dominus Thomas, miles de Testrep, cognomento Canis, que terra vocatur Nederland, de qua vero terra dictus Th. miles, eosdem prefatos sex solidos annua- tim prescripto termino nobis de jure solvere solebat. Ad petitionem autem nostram sepe- dictus Th. miles de Testrep coram nobis et aliis multis fidelibus juris, se et successores suos fideliter ad hoc obligavit, quod prenominatos sex solidos dicto termino ecclesic Dunensi paratc perpetuo solveret ad altarium ornamenta, sicut prius nobis solvere consuevit. Ut igitur hcc rata firmaque permaneant, ad petitionem nostram prefatus Th. miles, eo quod nec ego Reifinus, vcl predicta Virgina, uxor mea, sigillum habuimus, appensione sigilli sui presenteni paginam in testimonium communivit. Actum anno Domini millesimo, duceutesimo, tricesimo, mense Aprili.
