      Pilcus miseratione divina et sancte Praxedis presbyter cardiualis, de infrascripta apostolica auctoritate suffulti venerabili viro .. abbati monasterii de Gapella, ordinis cisterciensis, Tor- nacensis diocesis, salutem in Domino. Devotionis vestre sinceritas promeretur, ut votis vestris petitum commodare possimus favorabiliter; adjuvamus vestris itaque supplicationibus inclinati, ut duo fratres monachi dicti vestri monasterii, quos ad hoc duxeritis deputandos in studio generali jura canonica licite audire valeant, statuto domini Benedicti Pape XII et aliis statutis, consuetudinibus et constitutionibus quibuscumque in contrarium editis non obstantibus, devotioni vestre, auctoritate apostolica qua in hac parte fungimur tenore presentium indulgemus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc paginam nostri indulti infringere, vel ei ausu temerario contraire. Siquis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit indignationem omnipotentis Dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum, ejus se noverit incursurum. Datum Brugis Tornacensis diocesis, III Idus Martii, pontificatus sanctissimi in Ghristo Patrjs et domini nostri domini Urbani divina Providentia pape VI, anno tertio.
