nostris. Alexander episcopus servus servorum Dei, dilectis filiis abbati et
fratribus de Bergis, et clericis Sancte Waleburgis de Furnis salutem et
apostolicam benedictionem. Pervenit ad audientiam nostram quod, temeraria
presumptione inducti, dilectos filios nostros abbatem et fratres de Dunis super
decimis de nutrimentis animalium suorum contra seculorum patrum statuta plurimun
molestatis et bujusmodi decimationes ab eis exigere minime formidatis, quod quia
indignum est et a nostra professione penitus alienum nec nos id sicut debe- mus,
volumus in patientia sustinere universitati vestre per apostolica scripta
mandamus quatinus a memorato abbate et fratribus, decimas de nutrimentis
animalium suorum exi- gere penitus desistatis et ne ipsos super hiis occasione
qualibus molestare ulterius attemp- tetis, auctoritate apostolica omnimode
