Margareta, Flandrie et Haynoie comitissa, notum facimus universis quod nos
divisio- nem terrarum quas apud Axele una cum viris religiosis.. abbate et
conventu de Dunis, de novo dicavimus factum per magistrum Johannem de monte
Sancti Eligii, Clericum nostrum, nomine nostro cum ipsis.. abbate et conventu,
ratam et firmam habemus ipsamque firmam et stabulam volumus perraanere. In cujus
rei testimonium presentibus litteris sigillum nostrum duximus apponendum. Datum
