      In nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti. Amen. Ego frater P. dictus abbas de Dunis, notum fieri volo omnibus, tam presentibus quam futuris, quod ob reformationem pacis ct mutue caritatis custodiam, de consilio et assensu fratrum meorum, terram quamdam viginti circiter mensurarum, ad elemosinam B. comitis Flandrensis pertinentem, amari nondum inclusam, Hugoni cognomento Clincliamer et ejus fratribus ceterisque eorum successoribus, perpetua Iibertate possidendam concessi, ita dumtaxat quod pro terra illa prefatus Hugo vel ejus successsor, abbati de Dunis homagium facere teneatur et singulis annis, in Purificatione beate Virginis, ad altare de Sando denarium offerre debeat in testimonium. Si vero, processu temporis prefatam terram a mari includi contigerit, possessores ejus, retentis sibi ceteris que obveniunt decimis, solam garbarum decimam cum plena integritate ecclesie de Dunis reddent absque mora contradictionis. Porro si alicui eorum, terram illam vendere, vel cuipiam in elemosinam dare placuerit, non poterit eam nisi de consensu monachorum extra lineam sui generis ad alienam manum sub typo venditionis, sive donationis transferre, sed pro condigno precio sepedicti fratres eandem usibus suis, jure proximitatis, debent comparare. Preterea siquis heredum circa finem, jure suo tactus fuerit desiderio conferendi se et sua supradicto monasterio, non debet refutari talis voluntas, sed liber ei et facilis prout querit annuatur ingressus, vel, si ita petierit, post mortem sepeliri debet in tunica et capucio. Ut autem firmum et irrefragabilem, apud posteros utriusque partis, obtineat hec pactio vigorem, scripto presenti eam curavimus commendare et sigilli nostri appensione roborare.
