      In nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus sancti Amen. Ego Gerardus, dictus Tant, oppidanus Antwerpiensis, notum facio universis, presens scriptum inspecturis, quod ego compos mentis et proprie saluti consulere cupiens viris religiosis .. abbati et conventui de Dunis, cistercien- sis ordinis, ex mera liberalitate in elcmosinam contuli domum et domistadium ac areas adjacentes, quas michi acquisieram in eodem oppido Autwerpiensis prope litus Scaldie fluvii adjacentis, et eisdcm religiosis assignavi ac eos investivi dicta domo et ceteris que ibidem possidcbam, non quidem noraine testamenti, scd donatione inter vivos, coram judice Antwer- piensis, videlicet Johanne dicto Bode, ac scabinis , scilicet Theobaldo, filio Theoderici, Arnoldo de Curia et Nicholao dicto Volcart. In quorum presentia premissa omnia juxta corundera scabinorum sententiam resignavi. Petrus etiam et Paulus, filii mei, Helewigis, filia mea et filius filie mee de Amebroke, uua mecum effestucaverunt ibidem quicquid juris in bonis predictis vcl habebant, vel habere videbantur et in manus prefati abbatis reportaverunt voluntarie non coacti. In cujus rei tcstimonium sigillum .. prioris fratrum predicatorum Antwerpiensis, quo nsus sum in hac parte, cum sigillum proprium non haberera, presentibus est appensum. Datum anno Domini millesimo ducentesimo septuagesimo tertio, feria tercia in diebus Rogationum.
