      Ego W. Brugensis prepositus et Flandrie cancellarius, et Walterus, decanus et R. cantor sancti Donatiani in Brugis, notum facimus universis quod Nicholaus Houtbrekere de Oost- kerke, burgensis in Brugis, in presentia nostra constitutus , dedit ecclesie beate Marie de Dunis medietatem cellarii sui et domus, que stat ibi retro cum posticio et septis mansure illius et unam mensuram terre, jacentis in Oestkerke, juxta Heenbrigghe, valentem viginti solidos annuatim ab illis de Dunis jnre perpetuo possidenda. Nicholaus autem et Ava, uxor ejus, custodes domus fratrum de Dunis existentes, omnem provenlum, qui de ipsa domo pervenire poterit, in proprios usus, quamdiu vixeriut, permovebunt. Defuncta autem altera istorum per- sona medietatem ex toto proventu habebit ecclcsia memorata. Aliam autem partem persona superexistens quamdiu vixerit, oblinebit, qua defuncta totalis proventus sepedictos in proprias manus, ad fratres videlicet de Dunis, revertetur, ab ipsis Iibertate perpetua possidendas. Quod ut debitam debeat habere firmitatem, ad petitioncm virorum venerabilium fratrum de Dunis et Nicholai predicti, presentem cartulam sigillis nostris fecimus confirmari. Actum Brugis, auno Domini M° CC° XX" octavo, mense Augusto.
